Summary
This study tests a new treatment called DOC1021, made from a patient's own immune cells, combined with standard therapy for newly diagnosed glioblastoma, an aggressive brain cancer. About 180 adults will either receive the immune therapy plus standard care or standard care alone. The goal is to see if the immune therapy helps people live longer.
