Summary

This study tested whether using e-cigarettes that contain alcohol (ethanol) can affect breath, blood, or oral fluid tests, as well as field sobriety tests. Twelve adults who use e-cigarettes and drink alcohol took part. Researchers measured alcohol levels and biomarkers over 6 hours to see if vaping alcohol changes test results compared to vaping without alcohol.
