First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This early-phase study tested the safety of an experimental drug called DNL747 in 15 people with ALS. The trial was stopped early, so we don't know if the drug helps control the disease or ease symptoms. The main goal was to check for side effects, not to measure any treatment benefit.
