High-Risk eye surgery under the microscope: can safer transplants restore vision?

NCT ID NCT06013462

Summary

This study aims to understand how safe and effective a specific type of corneal transplant (DMEK) is for patients who have had previous eye surgeries. It will follow 80 patients for 12 months to track serious complications and measure improvements in their vision. The goal is to provide better data to help surgeons decide if this advanced technique is suitable for these more complex cases.
