Summary
This early-stage study tests a new medicine (RO7823653) given as an eye injection, alone or with another drug (faricimab), in people with diabetic macular edema—a condition that causes vision loss due to diabetes. The main goal is to check safety and how the drug moves in the body. About 93 adults with diabetes and eye swelling will take part.
