Summary
This early-stage study tests a new medicine called RO7823653, given as an eye injection, for people with diabetic macular edema (DME) — a condition that causes blurry vision due to diabetes. The study will check if the drug is safe and tolerable when used alone or together with another approved drug (faricimab). About 93 adults with DME will take part, and researchers will monitor side effects, vision changes, and drug levels in the eye and blood.
