Summary

This study aims to better understand how arm muscles change in boys with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD), a severe muscle-wasting disease. Researchers will use a handheld device to measure stiffness and other properties in the arm muscles of 56 boys with DMD and compare them to healthy boys. The goal is to gather detailed information to help track the disease's progression more accurately in the future, not to test a new treatment.
