Summary
This study is testing a new drug called ENTR-601-44 for Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD), a severe genetic muscle-wasting disease. It aims to see if the drug is safe, find the right dose, and check if it helps produce a needed muscle protein. The trial is for boys and young men (ages 4-20) with a specific genetic form of DMD who can walk and have not tried other similar gene-targeting therapies.
