Summary
This study follows 135 people with Dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB) over up to 5 years. Researchers use special PET scans to measure brain changes linked to the disease. The goal is to understand how these changes relate to memory and daily function decline. Participants must have a reliable informant and be able to undergo MRI scans.
