Summary

This study aims to understand how Dementia with Lewy Bodies (DLB) progresses by tracking brain changes over time. Researchers will follow 135 participants (90 with DLB and 45 healthy controls) for 5 years, using brain scans and memory tests at regular intervals. The goal is to identify patterns in brain changes that correlate with worsening symptoms, which could help future research develop better treatments.
