New cancer drug combo enters first human tests

NCT ID NCT03891953

Summary

This is an early-stage study testing a new drug called DKY709, both alone and combined with another drug (PDR001), in adults with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goal is to find safe doses and understand side effects. Researchers will also check how the drugs move through the body and look for any early signs that the treatment might help control the cancer.
