Scientists test drug safety in people with liver issues

NCT ID NCT06734208

Summary

This study aimed to understand how a drug called divarasib is processed in people with different levels of liver problems compared to healthy people. It involved 31 participants, some with healthy livers and some with mild, moderate, or severe liver impairment. The main goal was to measure the drug's levels in the blood to see if liver problems change how the body handles it.
