Summary

This study is for people with small kidney tumors (4 cm or less). It compares two approaches: active surveillance (regular monitoring) and immediate treatment (surgery or other procedures). The goal is to see if watching the tumor is as safe and effective as treating it right away. About 600 participants will be followed for 5 years to track survival and quality of life.
