Vanderbilt tests App-Based support to tame type 1 diabetes in youth
NCT ID NCT07116434
Summary
This study is testing a 3-month mobile health program called the Discovery Program to see if it helps teens and young adults (ages 13-21) better manage their type 1 diabetes. The program provides personalized messages and clinician support to help with daily challenges. Researchers will compare participants in the program to those receiving standard care to see if it improves blood sugar control and reduces diabetes-related stress.
