Summary

This study tests a 3-month program called Discovery that uses personalized mobile messages and clinician support to help teens and young adults (ages 13-21) with type 1 diabetes improve their blood sugar control. Participants will be compared to those receiving standard care. The study aims to see if the program lowers HbA1c levels and reduces diabetes-related distress.
