Summary
This study aims to create a digital system that identifies older adults at risk for disability and helps prevent it. Researchers will screen 238 adults aged 65+ living in communities, then build a smartphone-based platform for assessment and intervention. The system will be tested in cities, counties, and rural areas to see if it improves physical function and reduces disability.
