First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This study looks at whether doing resistance exercises at home with digital guidance works as well as going to a gym with a trainer for people who have finished cancer treatment. About 120 adults who completed cancer therapy within the last year will be split into two groups: one exercises at home using a computer or tablet, the other exercises at a supervised studio. The main goal is to see which group sticks with the program better, and also to measure changes in fatigue, strength, and mental health.
