This study tested how different types of web links in vaccine invitation emails affect people's trust and willingness to book an appointment. Over 1,200 adults from the UK and US viewed one of three email versions with different link styles. The goal was to find out which link design feels most trustworthy and encourages more people to schedule a vaccine.
