First seen Apr 12, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study tested whether the design of weblinks in digital vaccination invitations affects trust and willingness to book an appointment. Over 1,200 adults from the UK and US viewed either a standard or a clearer, more transparent weblink in a mock email. The goal was to see if a better link makes people more likely to trust the message and schedule a vaccine.
