Summary
This study tested a computer model, called a digital twin, to see if it could predict how strength training would change muscle strength and size. Twenty-three healthy adults aged 20-40 with at least one year of training experience completed an 8-week program. The goal was to improve personalized training plans for rehabilitation and fitness.
