NCT ID NCT06596824
Summary
This study is testing a 12-week personalized digital exercise program for people who recently had knee ligament (ACL) surgery. The goal is to teach better movement patterns to reduce joint inflammation and prevent the development of osteoarthritis. Researchers will use motion sensors and MRI scans to see if the training helps protect knee cartilage and improve joint health.
