Summary
This study aims to understand how wearable sensors and a mobile app can help older adults in rural Taiwan age more healthily. Researchers will give 140 participants activity trackers and a smart bed sensor to monitor their daily patterns and sleep. The main goal is to gather information to build a database on aging and see if digital tools can help people stay active and informed about their health.
