Summary
This study is testing a new digital app designed to help young people (ages 14-20) who have had or are waiting for a liver transplant. The app helps them manage their health and medications, especially as they move from pediatric to adult care. Researchers want to see if the app improves how well patients stick to their treatment and supports their overall well-being during this challenging time.
