Summary

This study tests a new digital therapy that uses eye movements and unconscious visual processing to reduce intrusive traumatic memories. It is for people who have experienced severe trauma and have at least 5 intrusive memories per week. The goal is to see if this less distressing approach can lower the number of unwanted memories and improve PTSD symptoms.
