App-Based rehab could replace physical therapy for shoulder surgery patients

Summary
This study tests a smartphone app that provides exercise and education programs for people recovering from rotator cuff repair surgery. The goal is to see if the app can improve shoulder function and reduce pain better than standard care. About 70 adults who had shoulder surgery will use the app at home for several months.
