NCT ID NCT06568081
Summary
This study is testing a digital therapy program called SloMo, which is designed to help people with psychosis manage paranoid thoughts and improve their wellbeing. It involves 150 participants working with trained therapists in the NHS to use an app that teaches techniques to slow down worrying thoughts. The main goal is to see if this therapy can be delivered effectively in regular healthcare settings and if it helps reduce paranoia over a 12-month period.
