First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study tests a digital therapeutic device (exoDTx) to see if it improves muscle strength more than self-exercise in people with sarcopenia, a condition causing age-related muscle loss. About 130 participants will use the device or exercise on their own for 12 weeks. The main goal is to measure changes in knee strength.
