Summary
This study is testing a digital therapy program delivered through a smartphone or computer to help people with insomnia. It aims to see if this accessible, online version of a proven talk therapy can improve sleep, reduce related anxiety and depression, and be cost-effective. The program is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), which is the recommended first-line treatment.
