NCT ID NCT07212673
Summary
This is a small pilot study to see if a 16-week digital therapy program combining mindfulness and cognitive-behavioral techniques is practical and acceptable for people with binge eating disorder. Researchers will enroll 40 adults to test the program's usability and whether participants can complete it. The goal is to gather initial data to see if a larger, more definitive study is worthwhile.
