Summary
This study is testing a new digital therapy program called RITch®CBT, which uses an interactive avatar to guide users through exercises. It aims to help men with substance use problems and a history of relationship conflict reduce their cravings and aggressive behaviors. The program is being compared to standard one-on-one talk therapy to see if it's a helpful and convenient alternative.
