First seen Dec 11, 2025 · Last updated May 02, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study tested a new digital tool called eYST, designed to connect teens at risk for suicide with a support network of adults. Researchers wanted to see if the app was easy to use and helpful. 75 teens and their chosen adult supporters participated. The goal was to gather feedback, not to measure if it directly prevents suicide.
