First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study tested a new digital strategy to help heart failure patients start a helpful medicine (SGLT-2 inhibitor) more quickly. Over 5,900 adults in Denmark with heart failure were invited by official digital letters to check if they were eligible. The goal was to see if this approach increases the number of patients starting the drug and reduces delays compared to usual care.
