Digital stories may ease stem cell transplant decisions for blood cancer patients

NCT ID NCT07263074

First seen Dec 04, 2025 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study tests whether watching digital stories from other patients helps people with myeloid cancers (like AML or MDS) make decisions about a stem cell transplant. About 120 adults will either watch these stories or receive usual care. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and helps patients feel more involved in their care.
