Smart device tries to nudge patients into better breathing habits
NCT ID NCT06629454
Summary
This study tested a new digital breathing device and phone app designed to help patients stick to their prescribed breathing exercises after lung surgery. The device tracks breaths and sends reminders, aiming to improve how often patients do the exercises. Researchers wanted to see if this digital tool could help patients recover better by making it easier to follow their doctor's instructions.
