Summary
This study compares a home-based digital rehabilitation program (using a mobile app and remote physiotherapist guidance) to standard in-person physical therapy after total hip replacement. The goal is to see if the digital approach can improve mobility and patient-reported outcomes just as well, while overcoming barriers like travel and scheduling. Sixty adults who have had a hip replacement will be followed for six months, with their mobility measured using the Timed Up and Go test.
