Summary

This study is testing whether a software application can help reduce the symptoms of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). It will involve 52 adults who have had PTSD for 1 to 20 years. The main goal is to see if using this digital tool safely leads to a meaningful decrease in PTSD symptoms compared to a comparison group.
