Summary

This study tests a 21-day self-guided digital program designed to prepare healthy adults for a supervised psychedelic session with psilocybin. Forty volunteers will be randomly assigned to either a daily meditation or music-listening routine before taking a 25 mg dose of psilocybin at University College London. The main goal is to see if the program is practical and easy to follow, not to measure health outcomes. Researchers will track recruitment, retention, and how well participants stick to the daily tasks.
