Digital sleep coach aims to stop insomnia before it starts

Summary

This study is testing a digital sleep program designed to prevent chronic insomnia in adults who currently have only mild sleep problems. Over 1,000 adults in Hong Kong will use an online platform that offers different levels of sleep coaching based on their needs. The goal is to see if this early, stepped approach can stop mild sleep issues from turning into full-blown insomnia.
