Summary
This study tested whether a digital support program could help people with chronic kidney disease and a care partner manage the condition better. Over 200 participants were split into two groups: one used the digital program alongside regular care, while the other received regular care only. The goal was to see if the program helped protect kidney function and encouraged healthier daily habits over six months.
