NCT ID NCT07011537
Summary
This study is testing whether a digital health program (Hinge Health) combined with a wearable pain relief device (Enso) works better than standard care for people with chronic lower back pain. The program includes exercises, education, and coaching, while the device uses gentle electrical pulses. Researchers will measure changes in pain, daily function, and mood over several months.
