Summary
This study is testing whether short, educational videos can help new mothers prevent their babies from developing obesity. Fifty mothers in a Florida home-visit program will watch videos about healthy feeding, sleep, and activity over one year. Researchers will compare the babies' growth and the mothers' habits to a group receiving standard care to see if the digital program helps.
