Digital nudge trial aims to boost kidney care in denmark
NCT ID NCT06300086
Summary
This study tested whether sending electronic reminder letters to patients with chronic kidney disease and their doctors could increase the use of recommended medications. Over 28,000 Danish adults with kidney disease were involved. Researchers wanted to see if these digital 'nudges' would help close the gap between treatment guidelines and real-world practice.
