Summary

This study tests a short digital messaging program (via Telegram or WhatsApp) to help people who use drugs in Kazakhstan overcome stigma and learn about PrEP, a medicine that prevents HIV. About 40 participants will receive informational messages over 2-3 weeks and complete surveys. No drugs or medical procedures are involved—the goal is to see if the program is acceptable and useful.
