Phone app aims to help new moms stay healthy for their babies

NCT ID NCT06624332

Summary

This study is testing whether a private, digital tool on a smartphone can help new mothers in home visiting programs reduce substance use. It will involve 120 mothers and their home visitors to see if a screening app, a follow-up session, or supportive text messages work best. The goal is to find a comfortable, effective way to support mothers during a stressful time and prevent risks to their families.
