Can a phone app help cancer survivors and their daughters build healthier habits?
NCT ID NCT05721976
Summary
This study is testing a digital program delivered via web and mobile phone to help Hispanic women who have survived certain cancers and their adult daughters improve their physical activity and diet. The goal is to see if the program is practical and acceptable to use, and to check for early signs that it helps participants become more active and eat more fruits and vegetables. The program is designed for families, focusing on survivors and their daughters who are at risk for health issues due to being overweight or inactive.
