Summary

This study tests whether wearable sensors can accurately monitor movement and daily function in people with progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP) and Lewy body dementia. About 60 participants will wear sensors on their chest, ankles, and wrists during clinic tests and for 14 days at home. The goal is to validate these digital tools for future clinical trials, not to treat the diseases.
