First seen May 09, 2026 · Last updated May 09, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether digital health programs—like text messages, videos, or AI chats—can improve the physical and mental health of middle school students aged 11 to 13. About 800 students with normal, overweight, or obese weight will be split into four groups to compare these approaches. The goal is to see if these tools can reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety and increase physical activity.
