Summary

This study tests a digital health intervention for children aged 8-12 with ADHD. Sixty children will be randomly assigned to receive the intervention immediately or after a waiting period, and their progress will be compared to those receiving usual care.

What this could mean

Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.

Active substance
digital health intervention (smartwatch and smartphone app)
What this could lead to
If it works, this could offer a new, non-drug way to help children with ADHD manage their symptoms and improve daily functioning.
What could go wrong
This is a small, early-stage trial with only 60 participants, so results may not apply to all children with ADHD. The intervention is behavioral, not a cure, and may not work for everyone.
