Virtual coaches aim to ease the crushing stress on family caregivers
NCT ID NCT06167746
Summary
This study is testing whether a six-month virtual health coaching program can help family caregivers of hospitalized older adults take better care of themselves and reduce their stress. Researchers will compare the coaching program to providing online health information alone. The goal is to see which approach better improves caregivers' confidence, coping skills, and overall well-being as they support their loved ones returning home from the hospital.
