Summary
This study is testing a 12-week digital group program called IMAGINE, designed to prevent depression in people who are pregnant or recently had a baby and are at higher risk. It compares the program to standard care to see if it lowers depression scores and is easy and acceptable for participants to use. The goal is to make effective mental health support more accessible through a convenient digital format.
