Summary

This study tested whether a digital program could help adults with high blood pressure eat healthier. 67 participants with limited access to quality food received a grocery delivery membership, personalized shopping lists, and health coaching for 4 months. Researchers wanted to see if this combined approach was practical and could improve diet and blood pressure.
